Marquise cut rubies are very rare! Most gem cutters do not cut rubies in this shape since a
significant amount of gem weight is lost during the cutting process. This beautiful stone weighs in at exactly 1.0 carats, and the clarity and unique cut
immediately draw the eye in. The ruby is an intense and vibrant red and the frame of fine round diamonds surrounding the stone accentuate it elegantly.
The shank has a knife edge and both sides are accented with diamonds and the milgrain detail gives the ring an old world flair.
